Margot Hallman is a lawyer, mediator and arbitrator with over thirty years of experience helping families to resolve parenting disputes and to structure post-separation financial arrangements. Ms. Hallman’s expertise in mediation, collaborative practice and arbitration allows her to provide a wide range of conflict resolution options to the client. She has been an agent for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer since 1991 and understands the needs of children dealing with parental separation.

Ms. Hallman offers a variety of methods of resolving disputes other than litigation that can lead to a comprehensive divorce settlement. She can also assist parties in resolving other family related conflicts such as pre-marital agreements, family disputes involving moral, ethical and financial responsibilities, and disputes over wills or parent-teen conflicts.
