In certain circumstances, parties to a mediation fear that they will reach an impasse in the mediation, but they do not wish to go to court. Ms. Hallman has many years of experience in providing this combination of services to clients. She has completed arbitration training recently recommended by the Attorney General in family law cases. Arbitrated awards can be incorporated into a court order.
